Bruno DUCOULOMBIER

Bruno was admitted to the Bar of Paris in 1981. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Law and European law from the University Paris II-Panthéon Assas.

With an experience of more than 35 years , both in counsel and litigation in French, American and UK law firms, he currently advises large groups and medium sized innovative enterprises in :

  • Outsourcing and system integration projects ;
  • Cloud computing projects ;
  • IT litigation ;
  • E commerce ;
  • Personal data ;
  • Copyright, Trade marks and design litigation ;
  • Compliance with regard to personal data, anti -corruption and duty of vigilance regulations;

Bruno is part of the list « Best lawyers in France » established by the French newspaper Les Echos in both categories Technology and Intellectual property. He is also  referenced as « other noted practitioner » in the 2018 edition of Chambers Europe  for information technologies and telecommunications.

He is a member of the Association des Praticiens du Droit des Marques et des Modèles  (APRAM), the Association Française du Droit de Informatique et de la Télécommunication (AFDIT) and the Cercle de la Compliance.

He speaks fluent English.

Bruno’s many public speaking engagements include :

  • Duty of vigilance regulation, GDPR and anti-corruption aspects of the Sapin 2 Law during the 6th annual conference of the Cercle de la Compliance on 27 September 2018 which took place at OECD ;
