Aude Gérard holds two postgraduate degrees : a DESS in Multimedia and IT law from Paris II University and a DEA in Business Law and Economics from Paris I University.

She’s been a lawyer for over 8 years and is specialised in Computer Contract Law and litigation in the fields of information systems security, electronic authentification and certification, electronic signature and archiving.

She worked three years for the Alain BENSOUSSAN law firm before joining Derrienic Associés, where she has already spent five years.
She is a law lecturer at Paris II University for Master II students in the field of IT and Multimedia Law, led by professor Jérôme HUET.
