In 1997, Nathalie Araujo joined Derriennic Associés. She has a Master’s degree in Law, and specialises mainly in Corporate Law. She assists and represents her clients in each step of their business project : from setting up the company to implementing complex operations ( restructuring, external growth, transfer of assets, letters of intent, warranties and representations, shareholder’s agreements, top of the balance sheet deals…).

Her areas of expertise also include Trademark Law where she assists her clients in exploiting their marks’ portfolios within the framework of license, franchise and distribution agreements.
