Biography
Océane Desplands is a lawyer registered with the Paris Bar since 2025.
She primarily practices in the fields of IT law, intellectual property law (trademark and copyright law), and press law, both in advisory and litigation matters.
Before joining Derriennic Associés, Océane worked in the IP/IT department of a French law firm. She has also held various positions in French and international law firms, as well as in the legal department of a luxury fashion group.
Océane holds a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property and New Technologies from the University of Grenoble Alpes.
