Biography

Camille de Perthuis is an attorney, member of the Paris Bar since 2020.

Her main areas of practice include IT law, intellectual property law (trademark and copyright), press law and personal data law, both as counsel and in litigation. She also advises the firm’s clients on business and digital platform law. She assists a French and foreign clientele composed of commercial and public companies.

Before joining Derriennic Associés, Camille worked in the IP / IT / Media department of a French law firm. She has also held several positions in various internationally renowned law firms and in the legal department of a digital services company.

Camille holds a Master II in « Creation and Digital Law » (Droit de la Création et du Numérique) from the Universities of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and Paris XI Paris-Saclay.
