Biography
Gaétan DUFOULON has been practicing as a lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2017.
His preferred area of practice is new technologies law, and more particularly personal data protection law. He also acts in the field of IT litigation.
Before joining Derriennic Associés, Gaétan worked as a legal expert for various website publishers and access providers.
He holds several Master 2 degrees: one in new technology law and one in business criminal law.
