Géraldine PACAUT joined Derriennic Associés as Attorney of Counsel in September 2016.

With nearly 20 years’ experience as an “in-house” lawyer, notably with an international listed Software Group as Chief Legal Officer, member of the Executive Commitee, Géraldine has an in-depth knowledge of the day-to-day business as well as governance issues of Tech companies.

As such, she offers to contribute its legal expertise and practical mind at the service of operational and legal managers in this sector.

Géraldine is particularly specialized in IT contract law, intellectual and industrial property, protection of personal data and development of compliance with rules and best practices. Géraldine works in both advisory and litigation, supporting players in the IT sector, both on the provider side and on client side, in both French and English, from start-ups to international groups.

She holds a Master degree in Law of New Technologies and Intellectual Property (University of Montpellier) where she is currently a lecturer.
