Biography
Pierre-Yves MARGNOUX joined Derriennic Associates in 1993, becoming an associate in 2001.
Prior to that, he worked for the legal unit of a major European digital services company.
Having built up extensive experience in the field of new technologies, he supports many companies in their digital transformation projects.
He focuses the majority of his energy on IT cases and negotiating complex IT contracts.
Pierre-Yves MARGNOUX holds a Master 2 in business law.
