Biography

Sophie Duperray joined Derriennic Associés as Senior Associate in July 2021.

Lawyer and member of the Paris Bar since 2011, she advices the actors of the IT sector, both on the provider side and on the client side, in the conception and implementation of their digital transformation projects (outsourcing, digitalization, cloud computing, big data, AI …), and during the negotiation of their complex IT agreements.

Sophie’s practice is focused on Information Technology law and contract law, and their related issues (intellectual property, protection of personal data, commercial and business law…), both in consulting and litigation.

Before joining Derriennic Associés, Sophie practiced with Alain Bensoussan Avocats lawfirm for 10 years. She has also carried out several legal assistance missions within legal department of software editors and IT providers.

She holds a Master II in “Law of Digital Creations” (Universities Paris I & Paris XI) and a Master II Research in General Private Law (University Paris I).
