Biography

Alexandre RENOU is member of the Paris Bar since 2023.

After working in the legal departments of digital service and telecoms companies, Alexandre joined Derriennic Associés in 2022.

He holds a master’s degree in international business law from the University of Tours.

At the firm, Alexandre advises and litigates on business, IT and digital law matters on an international scale. In this respect, he advises the firm’s clients on the drafting of their IT contracts, organizes the various distribution networks and distribution disputes, as well as disputes between partners.

He works alongside our clients on mergers and acquisitions, particularly in the IT sector.

Alexandre is also a member of the firm’s Corporate team, which specializes in company law. In this regard, he assists companies in the new technologies sector with mergers and acquisitions, as well as negotiating commercial leases.

He works in French, English and Spanish.
