Biography
Emmanuel BENOIT works with many national and international economic payers, specifically in industry, defence, construction, real estate, engineering, distribution, insurance, brokerage, finance and IT.He is a highly experienced expert in construction law, commercial and business law, liability and contract law, distribution and competition law, and intellectual property law. He offers both advisory and litigation services.
Before joining Derriennic Associates, Emmanuel worked in the legal departments of various companies in the banking, real-estate and research sectors. He holds a Master 2 in general and European private law, and was the winner in the entrance examination for the Bordeaux law school and a finalist in the René Cassin international competition for counsel speeches at the European Court of Human Rights.
