Emmanuel BENOIT has been an attorney since 2007 and has been admitted to the Paris Bar since 2008.

He assists numerous national and international economic actors, particularly in the industrial, defence, construction, real estate, engineering, distribution, insurance, brokerage, finance, and IT sectors.

He has extensive knowledge and strong experience in construction law, commercial and business law, liability and contract law, distribution and competition law, and intellectual property law.

He works both in advisory matters and in litigation.

Before joining Derriennic Associés, Emmanuel worked within various legal departments in the banking, real estate, and research sectors.

Emmanuel holds a Master’s degree (Master 2) in General and European Private Law. He was awarded admission to the Bordeaux Bar School and was a finalist in the René Cassin International Moot Court Competition before the European Court of Human Rights.
