François-Pierre LANI holds a postgraduate diploma in Law, IT, and New Technologies from Université Paris XI and is a recognized specialist in IT law and new technologies. He personally brings his extensive experience and expertise to the most complex cases in the field of new technologies.

For more than ten years, François-Pierre LANI served as in-house counsel and General Counsel within several legal departments, including those of major players such as AXA, SLIGOS (ATOS) and the ELF AQUITAINE group. His experience within major corporations, as well as his recent responsibilities as a Business Development Manager for three years, constitute a real asset in supporting executives in their strategic decisions, mergers and acquisitions, and even the development of their own careers.

François-Pierre LANI taught contract drafting techniques in the Master II program in Digital Creation Law at Université Paris XI.

He now speaks at numerous conferences on IT risks, artificial intelligence, digitisation, and related topics.
